·       In order to visit your home as part of the process including, but not limited to, consultations, taking measurements and staging. We rely on consent in order to process this data.  

·       To instruct suppliers to send relevant products to your home address. We rely on consent in order to process this data.

Where your data is stored and who we share your data with.

All data will be stored internally on emails.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information in limited circumstances, as follows:

1.     With your consent to suppliers or subcontractors to perform services which have been agreed such as flooring companies. We will share your information with these suppliers only for the purposes of performing such services. 

2.     In some circumstances, we may have to disclose your personal information by law, because a court or the police or other legal or regulatory enforcement agency has asked us for it.

How long do we store your data?

We do not keep personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose. We will delete enquiries which do not progress any further one month after the initial enquiry was made. For our clients who progress with us, we will delete your data after 3 years.

You have a right to request access to or rectification of your personal data which we hold about you. You also have a right to erase your personal data, to restrict the processing of your personal data and the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us and to transit such personal data to another data controller.
